The property spans 5 hectares and includes a pine grove as well as a Mediterranean palm garden. Another highlight is the private cactus garden, along with a variety of plants that bloom or bear fruit depending on the season. The expansive grounds offer plenty of space to unwind and are ideal for anyone who values peace, tranquility, and privacy.
DESIGN
The finca was built in the 1970s by an Austrian architect in the traditional Spanish style. Originally serving as a private holiday home for him and his family, it captivates with a harmonious blend of classic architecture and modern comfort. The property is entirely single‑level and largely barrier‑free—perfect for a relaxed, leisurely holiday.
In 2024/2025, the finca underwent a comprehensive renovation, bringing it up to the latest building standards while carefully preserving the charm of its historic Andalusian architectural features.
The house accommodates up to 10 guests.
