The Finca
PATIO
The patio forms the heart of the finca, elegantly connecting all the rooms. From here, every area of the house is easily accessible, creating a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor living.
A particularly charming feature: the Austrian architect had a marble chessboard inlaid into the floor, inviting leisurely games of chess outdoors and giving the patio a playful, distinctive character.
LIVINGROOM
The living room of the finca is designed in the classic Spanish style and invites you to relax with its numerous comfortable seating areas. A large dining table, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, as well as speakers and music systems provide the perfect setting for working from home, movie nights, or simply enjoying music.
A fireplace adds cozy warmth on cooler days, complemented by air conditioning and heating for complete comfort. Entertainment options ensure fun and sociable evenings, and with direct access to the patio, kitchen, and outdoor areas, the space is perfect for everything from relaxed dinners and cozy reading sessions to lively game nights.
MASTER BEDROOM
The finca features a total of four double bedrooms on the ground floor (excluding the Torre). Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.
The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, a toilet, and a bidet, as well as a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace with direct access to the pool.
3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS
The three additional double bedrooms are located in a separate, quiet wing of the finca, offering plenty of space for relaxation and privacy. They share a spacious bathroom with a modern rain shower, two toilets, and bidets—perfect for families or groups of friends.
All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, heating, and large wardrobes, ensuring complete comfort. Two of the bedrooms boast stunning views of the garden and the sea, while the third, facing the cozy patio, creates an especially peaceful atmosphere.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, a large refrigerator, a pantry, and all essential cooking utensils, inviting shared culinary experiences. From here, you have direct access to the outdoor area with a grill, the living room, and the patio, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
