What is the minimum number of nights I can book?
In the low season, the minimum stay is 5 nights, and in the high season, 7 nights. However, we are happy to consider individual requests and look forward to working with you to find the perfect arrangement for your stay.
Are bed linens and towels available on site?
Yes, fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every guest.
Are the rooms air-conditioned in the summer?
In 2024, the house was insulated to make the most of its unique architectural features, including roof insulation, thermal windows, and cutting-edge heating and climate systems, ensuring a comfortable stay in both winter and summer.
How many parking spaces are available on the property?
The property offers parking for 4 cars on site and 2 in front of the finca. Camper vans can be accommodated under the carport.
Does the property have a washing machine?
Yes, there is a washing machine, which guests are welcome to use.
Can housekeeping be organized during the stay?
Yes, cleaning can be arranged during your stay upon request. Please inform us ahead of time.
Is there a lockable safe available on the property?
Yes, each bedroom comes with a safe for your convenience.
How late can I cancel my reservation, and are there any costs involved?
Cancellations are possible without charge up to 90 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, the full rental price applies. Government-mandated travel restrictions or health advisories preventing international travel are exceptions and allow free cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing.
How far is the nearest supermarket?
The nearest large supermarket is an 18-minute drive from the finca. For a smaller option, Eurospar in San Juan de Los Terreros is about a 10-minute drive.
Are there recreational or sports facilities for children and adults?
Guests at the finca can enjoy various activities and games. Sports equipment is stored in the room beside the garage, and a variety of card and board games are available in the living room.
Are there sports opportunities in the surrounding area?
Neben unserem privaten vielseitig nutzbaren Sportplatz befinden sich in der Umgebung zahlreiche weitere Angebote. Ein Paddle-Tennis-Platz ist nur 5–10 Autominuten entfernt, Golf- und Tennisanlagen sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar, und Wassersportaktivitäten wie Jet-Ski finden Sie in Aguilas in bis zu 15 Autominuten Entfernung.

The area around Cala Panizo offers countless cycling and hiking trails that invite exploration. Beach walks are also possible, providing relaxing hours along the coast.

What is the finca’s carbon footprint?
During the 2024/25 renovation, the entire property was upgraded using modern methods to the latest standards. It features its own photovoltaic system, and hot water is supplied via modern heat pumps.
Does the house need to be cleaned before departure?
No, a final cleaning is included in your stay.
However, we would appreciate it if the house is left in a tidy condition.
Are pets, specifically dogs, allowed?
Dogs are very welcome during the off-season, but unfortunately not during the peak season.
Is smoking allowed in the house?
Smoking is not permitted inside the finca. Of course, smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas.
Are parties allowed in the finca?
Unsere Finca ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Partys und vernünftige Familienfeiern im normalen Rahmen sind natürlich möglich.
